**9. Force Majeure:**
The digital marketing company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government actions.

**10. Dispute Resolution:**
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to enter into good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

**11. Amendments:**
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
